To my surprise 4 5.Boston MA. Very confused I get off the bus and ask the driver why we didnt stop in Springfield He very rudely turned to me and said I was never going to Springfield I told him that is not what he told me in New York.He proceeds to yell at me saying Id did not mistake, you made a mistake this is your fault and this is not my problem I turn to leave to go find someone else to take to and he grabs the arm of another girl coming off the bus way inappropriate and says to her tell this girl referring to me we were never going to Springfield the poor girl looked horrified.I apologized to girl for his behavior and said this had nothing to do with her and Im sorry he involved her.I went to the dispatch office, where i spoke with one of the gentlemen whose name I sadly didnt get, but was very kind and understanding.He went through the drivers tickets and found mine which clearly stated going to Springfield MA.He told me this was very embarrassing for him and he was very apologetic.Looking at every single ticket before boarding and failed to do so causing me not only to get on the wrong bus going 2hrs out of my way, but missing my connecting bus in Springfield.The lovely gentleman at the Boston dispatch told me they could put me on the next bus to Springfield which was two hours from then and once I arrived there he would arrange for a cab to pick me up at Springfield to take me to Pittsfield since there would be no more busses going there that evening and I had missed my connection bus which I paid for.
